Presentation Mode

Presentation mode is used to take 'live' control of a zone. When presentation mode is activated, any page selected in the playlist or page pane displays immediately in that zone. The page will continue to display (if it is a crawl page, it will loop) until another page is selected, or the 'resume schedule' button is pressed.

It should be noted that if the page contains a 3D or a Fade transition, the page might not display immediately. It must wait until any such transition currently being executed in another zone completes.

• If a page is selected in the playlist, the arrow keys can be used to select the next/previous page.

• If you switch the edit view to another zone while in presentation mode, the previous zone will remain in presentation mode until re-selected/resumed. This way you can select a specific page to display in one zone while displaying a page in another zone.

• You can also switch magazines while in presentation mode. Pressing 'resume' in another magazine will return the currently selected zone to schedule mode.

To activate Presentation Mode

1.Select a magazine in the zone you wish to control.

2.Press the 'Presentation Mode' icon (the page and playlist panes turn green, which indicates that you are in presentation mode).

3.The zone displays as scheduled until you select a page to view. Select a page by clicking on it, either in the playlist or the page pane.
